Meet the Founder
Founded in 2025 by Michael W. Waite, MWRE—Miami Warehouse Real Estate—specializes in industrial real estate. Michael began his career in 2005 at the age of 20, shortly after graduating as a scholar-athlete from North Carolina State University.
From 2005 to 2025, Michael partnered with The Easton Group, led by Ed Easton, his son Ed Easton Jr. and mentor Jim Armstrong—industry veterans with over 150 years of combined experience in Miami’s industrial real estate market. During this 20-year tenure, Michael built a reputation for loyalty, professionalism, and high-quality service.
In 2025, Michael launched MWRE to further elevate the level of service he offers clients by integrating cutting-edge technology and modern strategies. The company is headquartered in the Miami Lakes/Palmetto Lakes Industrial Park—but services client needs in the entire Miami-Dade region and beyond.
MWRE has developed a deep expertise in the North Miami industrial marketplace, representing institutional owners such as Prologis, Seagis Property Group, Invesco, and Midtown Capital, as well as numerous entrepreneurial and individual property owners.
